Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of services from AgencyArmy (agencyarmy.co). By purchasing any service, you agree to these terms. AgencyArmy services are available to marketing agencies only.

About Our Services

AgencyArmy offers white label marketing services including Local SEO, AEO/GEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Social Media Management, and WordPress Development. All services are delivered under your agency's brand. AgencyArmy reserves the right to modify the scope, parameters, and availability of any service at any time.

Pricing

Pricing for all services is discussed and agreed upon during your strategy call. Before any service commences, pricing will be made clear to you in writing. You agree to pay the agreed amount plus any applicable taxes or fees.

AgencyArmy reserves the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days' written notice to active agency partners. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. If a pricing error occurs, we are not obligated to deliver services at the incorrect price and will notify you and offer a full refund if payment has already been made.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed at the time of purchase or invoice due date. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. If your payment authorization is later revoked, your services will be immediately suspended.

If your payment method becomes invalid, services will be automatically suspended. You remain responsible for all charges related to your services, as well as any costs incurred in collection of unpaid amounts, including attorney's fees and collection agency fees.

Subscriptions

Retainer services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to periodic renewal of your subscription. AgencyArmy may charge your payment method upon renewal without separate notice unless you cancel.

Free Trial: AgencyArmy offers a 7-day free trial on new retainer services. During the trial period, services are delivered as agreed. If you choose not to continue after the trial, you may cancel with no obligation and no charge. Continued use after the trial period constitutes agreement to the applicable monthly fees.

All services — including retainer subscriptions and one-time projects — may be started, paused, or cancelled directly through your agency portal at app.agencyarmy.co. Current pricing for all services is always available in the portal. After cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

AgencyArmy offers a 7-day free trial on new retainer services. After the trial period ends and billing commences, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including unused time on a plan.

One-time project fees (such as WordPress development) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

No refunds are issued after the 7-day trial period. By continuing past the trial, you agree to this non-refundable payment policy.

Deliverables and Revisions

If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery (168 hours). Within this window, we will correct or revise the deliverable at no additional cost, provided the revision is within the scope of the original brief. If we are not notified within 168 hours, the deliverable is deemed accepted.

We cannot offer unlimited revisions. Revisions resulting from unclear or incomplete instructions, or that fall outside the original scope, may be subject to additional charges.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content and deliverables produced by AgencyArmy are "works made for hire." Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights transfer to you, the Client. You receive a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to publish, distribute, and create derivative works from all delivered content. AgencyArmy does not retain rights to resell or reuse your deliverables.

Appropriate Use

AgencyArmy will not fulfill orders that violate third-party rights, are defamatory, fraudulent, pornographic, or unlawfully threatening, violate applicable laws, discriminate on any protected basis, or promote illegal activities. If a submitted order falls within these categories, we will request compliant instructions or issue a full refund.

Unpaid Charges and Invalid Payments

If a payment method is invalid or a charge fails, AgencyArmy will notify you immediately. You will have 48 business hours to provide a valid payment method and settle the outstanding amount before work ceases and your account is suspended.

If payment is not received within 48 business hours, AgencyArmy reserves the right to pause or cancel active services and remove the agency from the platform entirely. Reinstatement is at AgencyArmy's discretion.

You remain liable for all unpaid charges, along with any collection costs AgencyArmy incurs, including court costs, attorney's fees, and collection agency fees.

Promotions

AgencyArmy may offer promotions at any time. Promotion terms will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively and may end without advance notice.

Third-Party Purchases

If you have purchased AgencyArmy services through a third party, these Terms of Sale may not apply to you. Contact the third party directly for support related to that purchase.

Content Liability

AgencyArmy does not warrant any legal liability for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of delivered content as it applies to your specific business or clients. You are responsible for reviewing all deliverables before use and for ensuring their appropriateness for your clients.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state and federal courts of King County, Washington.
